Every car is checked for tyre tread, fluids and lights before hire. We record simple handover photos and share them with you. The fleet is smoke free and cleaned before every collection. Child seats meet current standards and are fitted on request.
Third party liability and collision damage waiver are included. An excess applies by class. You can reduce your liability to zero with premium cover. Glass, tyres, keys, underside and interior are usually outside basic cover, with add-ons available on request. If anything happens, make sure everyone is safe, call the police if a third party is involved, take photos, then call us for guidance.
We place a pre-authorisation on the main driver’s card at pickup and release it at return when the terms are met. Your bank decides when the hold disappears on your statement. Most banks clear it within a few days. Credit cards are preferred. Debit cards can work with zero-excess options.
Croatia is included by default with the Green Card in your pack. Add Montenegro or Serbia when you book and we prepare the papers. One-way returns are available to cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to popular coastal cities. Choose your pickup and return locations in the form and the fee shows before you confirm.
Minimum age is twenty one with two full years of driving. A young driver fee can apply from twenty one to twenty four. EU and UK plastic licences are accepted. If your licence is not in Latin script or you hold a paper licence, bring an International Driving Permit. Extra drivers must be present with their licences so we can add them to the contract.
Tell us about mobility needs and we will meet as close to the exit as the rules allow. Small SUVs offer an easier seat height. We stock infant, child and booster seats and can fit them for you. Tell us ages and approximate weights and we will prepare the correct seats.
