What happens step by step
Before you fly
Book your car and add your flight number. Tell us how many child seats you need and whether you prefer automatic or manual. Have a credit card for the deposit in the main driver’s name. Put our WhatsApp number in your phone.
When you land
Turn on your phone after landing. If your arrival time has changed, we already know from live tracking. Collect your bags and walk to the public arrivals exit.
Meeting point
Our agent stands at the terminal exit in the public arrivals area. Look for your name board. Stay inside the public area and do not go outside to the car park until you meet the agent.
Document check
We check your passport or ID where applicable, your driving licence, any extra driver licences, and a credit card for the deposit. If your licence is not in Latin script or is a paper licence, show your International Driving Permit.
Handover and car walk around
We walk you to the car, check the fuel level, note any existing marks on a simple diagram, and take a few photos that we share with you. You can take your own photos as well. We explain the fuel policy, mileage allowance, road rules that matter, and how cross border works if you have it on your contract.
Keys and go
You sign the rental agreement. We place the Green Card in your pack if Croatia or other borders are authorised. You receive the keys and set your sat nav while parked. Welcome to Herzegovina – your adventure starts now.
Early, late and diverted flights
Early arrival
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. If you come out faster than expected, message us on WhatsApp and we confirm the meeting point.
Late arrival
No extra fee for airline delays. We remain at arrivals and meet you when you come out. If baggage handling is very slow, send a quick message so we can keep you updated.
Diverted or moved to the next day
Send the new flight number as soon as you have it. We reschedule your pickup at no cost and meet you at the new time.
What to prepare for a fast handover

Deposits and payments at the airport
We place a pre authorisation on your card rather than taking the money. The hold amount depends on car class. We release the hold when you return the car in the same condition and with the agreed fuel level. Your bank decides when the hold disappears on your statement. Most banks show it within a few days.
Fuel policy at pickup
Airport pickups are supplied full whenever possible. Return full for a smooth handback. If you receive the car at a different level, return at the same level shown on your form. Keep your last fuel receipt until your deposit releases.
If you do not see our agent at once
Stay in the public arrivals area and check for your name board. Do not leave the building to search the car park. Call or WhatsApp us. We guide you to the exact spot and send a photo if needed. Most missed meetings happen when travellers step outside and walk past the meeting point, so staying at the exit makes this simple.
Accessibility and families
Travellers with limited mobility
Tell us before you fly and we will meet as close to the exit as the airport rules allow. We can bring the car to the nearest safe point for boarding. Foldable wheelchairs fit in most hatchbacks and estates. If you need a vehicle with a higher seat height, choose a small SUV.
Child seats
We fit infant, child or booster seats that meet current standards. Tell us the age and approximate weight of each child so we prepare the correct seat. We can fit the seats, or you can do it yourself if you prefer. Bring a clean towel if your child may sleep on long transfers.
Bad weather and winter arrivals
In heavy rain move slowly on the polished floor near the exit. In winter we fit the correct tyres for the season. If snow is forecast in the mountains, ask us for chains. We show you how they work at handover if you request them. Drive gently, allow extra distance and avoid sudden steering inputs on cold mornings.
Common questions
What if my flight number changes after I book ?
Send the new flight number on WhatsApp. We update your booking and track the new arrival.
How long does the airport handover take ?
About ten minutes once you meet the agent. It can take a little longer if you add an extra driver or request a route briefing.
Can I collect at the airport and return in the city ?
Yes. Select city return in the booking form. There is no extra fee within city limits.
Can I add an extra driver at the airport ?
Yes. The driver must be present with their licence. We add them to the contract on the spot.
Will the car be inside a multi storey ?
Mostar Airport is compact. The walk to the car is short and simple. The agent guides you.
Do I need cash for anything at pickup ?
No. Card is fine for the deposit. Keep a little cash for tolls and small car parks on your trip.
Can I get a receipt that shows the deposit authorisation ?
Yes. We provide the authorisation slip or a digital confirmation. Your bank statement may show it as a pending hold.
What if my luggage is lost and I must wait at the desk ?
Send us a message. We stay at arrivals. Once you have your luggage, come to the exit and we complete the handover.
Can I smoke while I wait outside ?
The terminal rules apply. Our fleet is smoke free, including at handover. Thank you for keeping the cars fresh for the next family.
What if I arrive with no roaming ?
Use the terminal Wi Fi to send a WhatsApp message or call. Our number is on your confirmation. If Wi Fi is down, look for the name board at the exit and meet the agent.
After you collect the car
Set your first destination while parked. If you are heading to the city centre, read our parking guide so you know where to leave the car. If you are driving straight to Dubrovnik or Split, check that your Green Card is in the pack.
